Preemita Singh is the Group HR Head for ICRA Group. ICRA Limited (formerly Investment Information and Credit Rating Agency of India Limited) was set up in 1991 by leading financial/investment institutions, commercial banks and financial services companies as an independent and professional investment Information and Credit Rating Agency. Today, ICRA and its subsidiaries together form the ICRA Group of Companies (Group ICRA).

In her role as the Group HR Head, Preemita leads the HR Strategy and enables People Agenda for the ICRA Group.

Preemita displays a great balance of people and business management and has a successful track record of confidently leading the business to meet the end objectives. Passionate about delivering results, she has also delivered business assignments outside HR.

She specializes in designing and executing strategies that propel transformation at workplace, developing leadership and building capabilities through the organization, enhancing communication and engagement and impacting culture that drives business results.

Preemita is a very detailed, disciplined and hands-on leader, who drives direction at many levels and in many dimensions in the HR field. She is an accomplished HR professional with rich and diverse experience of leading HR in Technology, Consulting, BFSI and Manufacturing sectors. She has steadily made a mark in the growth and development strategy of some of India’s major Corporate.
