Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. Post Graduate in Management from IIT Delhi. In the field of HR for the past 30 years. 27 years in India and 3 years outside India.

Working as President, Group HR at JK Organisation. Prior to this, worked with Wockhardt as President, Global HR. Previous assignments with Piramal Enterprises, Essar Group, Owens Corning (India) Ltd, JCB (India) Ltd etc.

Globally well travelled, worked with more than a dozen nationalities across cultures, in Indian, American and European companies, across industry sectors.
