Priyadarshi (Darshi) is the Head of Human Resources at Swiss Re GBS India, bringing with him over 2 decades of experience. He is responsible for implementing organizational design, business strategies through people practices and institutionalizing culture at the organization. He is devoted to upgrading the corporate ecosystem, building value and capability for teams, escalating talent, and strengthening the leadership to enable excellence across all levels. Darshi joined Swiss Re in 2020 and under his leadership, the organization navigated the tricky waters of the pandemic.

Prior to this, he served as the Head of HR at DBS Tech where he was at the forefront of setting up and leading the HR Function for DBS Bank's Technology Product Development & Innovation Centre. In the pilot stages of his career, he has worked in multiple HR leadership positions in ANZ Bank, HSBC, Thomson Reuters and Aviva Global Services. Throughout his career, he has won a plethora of accolades for the institutions by virtue of executing people driven initiatives and conducive strategies.

Apart from exhibiting proficiency in the corporate segment, Darshi has also served as a Commissioned Officer from 1999 – 2005 in the Indian Army. He holds a master’s degree in Communications and Media Studies from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
