Currently, Mr. Raj Kumar Dubey is serving as Director (Human Resources) with additional charge of Director (Marketing). In these roles, he is responsible for leading and overseeing strategic initiatives, operations and team management across both functions to support organizational growth and performance.

After taking over as Director (HR) BPCL, he initiated several pathbreaking initiatives in the Talent Management, Employee Wellness and HR analytics fields which are closest to his heart.

He began his career with IOC where he worked for 35 years and moved to BPCL in May 2023 as Director HR.

During his illustrious career of over 3 decades, he has implemented several strategic organizational development initiatives and change management processes impacting more than 400 locations and 7500 people. He has worked closely with International Consultants in areas of Organization restructuring, Visioning, Leadership Development and HR planning. He has successfully led several leadership positions and concluded various critical and challenging assignments across various business verticals in IOC like Aviation, Operations, HR, Retail in & across different regions.

Mr. Dubey is alumnus of NIT Allahabad with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has also acquired Master of Business Administration from International Centre for Promotion of Enterprises, Ljubljana, Slovenia. He has rich combination of Business and Human Capital Development experience in his 36 years of professional stint so far.
