Rajeev joined Amazon in May 2019 and has over 22 years of experience across various specialties of Human Resources management such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR Advisory. Rajeev has been instrumental in sharpening the focus on Talent by setting up the right mechanism to build a Diverse workforce and enable the organization to hire talent that raises the bar.

Rajeev has previously held leadership positions in Bank of New York Mellon, Barclays and Bank of America.
