He has led transformations in reputable organizations and also set up HR practices for IT Product and start-up organisation. Successfully co-founded idea7 Business solutions and helped set up Market research, CRM & training practices for Automobile OEM customers.

Rajnish is a postgraduate in Human Resource Management and a certified Financial Planner (CFP). He has worked with organisations like Yes Bank, Infosys, Bharti Airtel Ltd & Reliance Group. He is currently working with Newgen Software as VP-HRD.
