She has a highly successful track record of over 17 years delivering unmatched results in new, challenging, and ambiguous environments across diverse industries. The coming together of her rich Corporate experience (Corporate Treasuries- Tata Consultancy Services, Bharti Airtel & Banking industry- HSBC, Standard Chartered and State Street) and passion towards building more Inclusive Workplaces led to the birth of Fair & Square, an emerging start-up in the Inclusion-Tech space. She completed her Entrepreneurship program from Wharton Entrepreneurship Accelerator with 1st Runners Up position.

An MBA from MDI, Gurgaon, and a Computer Science Engineer, Rajpreet has several accolades to her credit. She has trained and mentored over 600 aspiring individuals and spearheaded several value adding initiatives. She is an ICF Certified Coach - ACC, NLP practitioner, Certified in Neuroscience from NLI, a TUV certified POSH Trainer, a Corporate Trainer having delivered successful trainings in Google, Cognizant, Standard Chartered, Flexera, HSBC and other Corporates and has trained and mentored over 600 individuals. She has also completed the Management Development Program from XLRI, Building Future CHROs. A Gold Medalist from IIFT, Delhi. Rajpreet is also a Positive Psychology, Transaction Analysis and Neuroscience Enthusiast and is actively Researching in this space.
