She believes that as an HR leader the sine qua non of her existence in an organisation is to unleash the true potential of an individual, provide rich and diverse opportunities, set high standards for excellence, and witness the exhilaration when people accomplish things that they once believed were impossible.

She has had global experiences of more than quarter of a century across companies which made her realise that excellent quality is not an act of serendipity, but an outcome of conscious acts and choices - and ‘just one miss’ is never an option.
