Reeti Dubey is a seasoned HR professional with almost two decades of diverse functional and industry experience. She has been recognised as a 40under40 HR Leader by The Economic Times and BW Businessworld. Reeti is currently working as Director – Senior HR Business Partner for Natwest Group India’s Operation units which includes Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Markets and Shared Operations. In her previous role she led the future ways of working, change and restructuring for Natwest Group, India. She has done a variety of roles within the HR Function including 3 years as Diversity Officer for Natwest Group, India. She has been instrumental in implementing many path-breaking initiatives in the inclusion space like - same-sex partner medical benefit a lot before the section 377 was decriminalized; LGBT+ friendly policies; development for PWD; “Sambhav” – a networking platform for PWD in partnership with CII and Women in Tech forum. Coming from a technology background herself, she is passionate about leveraging tech & data to create a better, sustainable and a simple world of work.
