Rehan Anthonis is a results-driven HR professional with over 21 years of experience in leading and transforming HR functions across diverse industries. Currently, he serves as the Director of People Operations at Sysco LABS Sri Lanka (captive technology arm of Sysco Corp), where he drives strategic initiatives to enhance the employee experience and align HR practices with business objectives.
In Rehan’s role as Director of People Operations, he is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development. Rehan collaborates closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture and support the organization's growth trajectory.
Prior to joining Sysco LABS, Rehan held progressive HR leadership positions at prominent companies such as Fonterra Brands Sri Lanka and RR Donnelley. As Associate Director of Human Resources at Fonterra Brands, he played a pivotal role in driving HR transformation initiatives and implementing best-in-class HR practices. At RR Donnelley, Rehan successfully led the HR function through periods of significant growth, leveraging my expertise in talent engagement, organizational development, and employee relations.
Throughout his career, Rehan has demonstrated a strong track record of delivering impactful results by aligning HR strategies with business goals. He possesses a deep understanding of industrial relations, organizational development, and behavioral psychology, which he acquired during his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Human Resource Management from Keele University. Additionally, Rehan holds supplementary certification in Psychology, which further enhances his ability to understand and support employees' diverse needs.
