Ritesh has over 18 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a breadth of experience across all facets of the function with deep specialization in Talent Management, Learning and Development, and HR Business Partnering

In his current role as Vice President - HR for the APAC region, he works with the leadership team in CGI to help the business deliver on its people metrics across the employee life-cycle. He leads a focused, energetic, and dedicated team which has been recognized for its passion and zeal. His leadership has been instrumental in winning international awards from Brandon Hall, ATD, and CLO.

Ritesh has previously worked with organizations such as Intel, Genpact and NIS Sparta where he has built and strengthened the talent management and development functions.

Ritesh is a certified practitioner of the MBTI and DISC psychometric profiling tools and is a Gallup Strengths coach
