She has worked for various organizations in multicultural role and diversity in Tata Group and KPMG Global Services and now associated with SHRM India as Senior Knowledge Advisor. She is a certified TBEM Assessor by Tata Quality Management Services, qualified HR Excellence Assessor of Confederation of Indian Industry and has been part of the assessment team for organizations like SAIL, L&T Hydrocarbons, AM/NS, and Reliance Insurance. She has been recognized as a Job Evaluation specialist by Korn Ferry Management Consulting Firm, USA and has won Best Young HR Award by Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Sadaf is certified Assessment / Development Center specialist from Aon, has received DISC certification from Strenghsscape and works actively in the field of talent assessment and development center. She has collaborated with flagship institutions like XLRI, Aon and Cerberus to design engagement models , assess employee engagement through scientific techniques and build engagement culture in organizations.

She frequently interacts with B School students and has been part of multiple panel discussions in the area of Strategic HRM and Agile HR.
