Sandeep is a seasoned HR Transformation leader and a change catalyst with over two and a half decades of rich experience having multiple digital & culture transformations to his credit.

He is passionate about digital acceleration, leadership development, culture change, building business value & excellence creation and has successfully led change management roles in his stints at Honda Motorcycles & Scooters, DLF Laing O’Rourke India Limited, RPSG Group (including Spencer’s Retail) and Bharti- Walmart among many others. Currently, he is leading the HR Function at National Engineering Industries (NBC Bearings).

An ISB alumnus, Sandeep has led HR change agenda through many of his roles, setting up people strategy for growth and building organization and people DNA for business success.

An avid proponent to the cause of technology enabling Leaders to drive organization transformation, Sandeep is a dynamic leader with a well rounded experience across varied industries like Chemical, Perto-Chemical, Ceramic, Construction/Real Estate, Retail, E-com, FMCG and Automobile wherein he has brought new age HR practices, led digital transformation and coached executive team on change management for driving business growth.
