Sanjeev leads the Global Business Operations team responsible for Talent Supply Chain, Talent Skilling, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, TopGear and Business Resilience functions.

Sanjeev is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in leading large, diverse teams, scaling up global Operations, deploying Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking for Operational Excellence and Business Transformation.

Prior to joining Wipro, Sanjeev has held leadership roles at Kyndryl Holdings (IBM spin-off), IBM, Cognizant, and GE. In his previous roles, Sanjeev enabled profitable growth by integrating end-to-end Talent Supply Chain, driving margin expansion, simplifying processes, and strengthening operating rhythm. Sanjeev has been instrumental in setting & scaling up of Global Capability Centers(GCC’s) for GE Capital across India, Philippines, Guatemala, and the turnaround of GE-State Bank of India Credit Card JV as a co-CEO.

Sanjeev is a distinguished alumni from NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering), Mumbai and a certified Master Black Belt from GE.

Deeply committed to making a difference in the community, Sanjeev serves on the Boards of Literacy India and United Way of Bangalore, focusing on education, environment, and empowerment of women.
