He has the experience of managing large institutions & start-ups environment with equal ease & agility. He has spent more than sixteen years in large financial service institutions handling both life & general insurance companies and have headed the key functions of HR & Learning for Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company, SUD Life Insurance & now as the CHRO for Bajaj Allianz Life.

Santanu is able to approach the function at both strategic as well as tactical level, design and lead implementation of best-in-class human capital initiatives, contextual to the business long range plans. He is a charismatic leader and coach who focuses on creating impactful teams with a bias for action. With a flair for communicating seamlessly across all levels of an organisation, Santanu loves working on areas of developing & enhancing culture, digital innovation for employee ease, significantly enhancing Employee Engagement, Productivity and Organisational Change.
