During his entrepreneurial stint, he founded Realytics, a predictive analytics startup for employee engagement & progression inspired on Mihaly’s Flow Dynamics. He has also been advising startups within consulting and edtech space on talent & HR practices, Product market fit & Growth strategy.

Prior to joining SHRM, Saurabh has worked with organizations like Thomas Assessment, MaFoi Management, Pearson, GPTW, KPMG and EY across roles spanning across Business development and Project management , before starting his own gig as an independent Advisory partner.
