As the CHRO of Infosys and Group companies, Shaji is responsible for envisioning the roadmap for HR, driving strategy, and implementing operational priorities aligned with the overall organizational mandate globally. He is also responsible for Leadership development, Education and Training.
Shaji serve as a Trustee of Infosys Foundation which focuses on Corporate Social Responsibilities. He is also on the Governance Board of International Institute of Information technology (IIIT), Bangalore and a member of the CII National Committee on Leadership & HR.
He is a fitness and wellbeing enthusiast. Outside work he enjoys golfing or trekking.
