Sheikha Dr. Noora Humaid Rashed AlNuaimi is the Innovation and Business Development Consultant and Director of AjmanX Center at the Department of Municipality and Planning, Ajman.

Dr. Noora Al Nuaimi began her professional career in 2005 as an Electronic Systems Developer at the Department of Municipality and Planning, later holding several key positions, including Head of the Systems Development Department.

Her experience in the field of innovation has led her to manage innovative projects at the Municipality and Planning Department, including the I-Spot project for monitoring road equipment and infrastructure distortions, as well as the pilot project for testing a self-driving vehicle on Ajman Corniche Road.

Additionally, she has overseen the Autonomous Cleaning Vehicle project, which seeks to maintain the cleanliness and sustainability of various facilities and locations in Ajman, enhancing its beauty and attractiveness by employing cutting-edge technologies in environmental services.

Dr. Noora Al Nuaimi continues to work on strengthening strategic partnerships with leading global institutions in the fields of innovation and future technologies.

Among the most prominent awards she has received: Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak Award for Women Leadership, The Global Innovation Award in the 6-Star category and The Government Innovation Award (Platinum Category) from Ideas UK, along with several other local and international awards.

She holds a master’s degree in international business from the University of Wollongong in Australia. She has also obtained a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Ajman.
