Her leadership development journey has been unique with experiences across diverse industries in Human capital / resources and most importantly with Dynamic Business Leaders. A key milestone in her leadership journey was her role as Ethics Investigations Compliance Leader for India. This role has emphasised a very important element called ‘Psychological Safety’, which is an important topic at workplace for all employees. Ms. Shillpa has executed and participated in complex acquisition and divestments throughout her career from talent perspective.
