She manages key clients and large complex projects across a variety of areas including Organization Design and Transformation, Strategic Workforce Planning and Optimization, Total Rewards Strategy and Design, Executive Compensation ,Post Merger Integration and DEI, (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) practice, helping clients build and deliver on their DEI strategy.

She has over 20 year of experience in HR, HR Consulting and Business Leadership roles where she was responsible for driving innovation and growth while delivering value to clients. Shilpa started her career with ICICI Bank, where she was instrumental in contributing to the HR transformation post the reverse merger..
