Shray has more than 19 years of experience across multinational organizations in diverse geographies. He has profound experience in Finance function which includes Strategy and Financial Planning, FP&A, Controllership including Financial reporting and Accounting processes, M&A, Business Partnering, Budgeting and Forecasting, Start up JVs, Commercial Finance, Controls and Compliance incl. Statutory Audits, ERP Implementation (SAP, Oracle), IGAAP / IFRS Accounting and Treasury. His expertise in Finance function and strong business perspective complemented with consumer centric approach serves as great assets to any organization he is associated with.

In his current role, he is the Director Finance, Planning & IS of IPM India. He is responsible for formulating and driving strategies in the areas of Finance, Planning and IS to support business growth in the affiliate. Shray started his career with IPM India in 2014 before moving to Hong Kong on a regional role.

Prior to joining IPM, he was VP Commercial Finance with Pepsico and he had worked in organizations like LG, Airtel, GE etc in various leadership roles.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with rich experience in driving change management and proven track record in handling large teams.
