Sindhuja is a HR leader with career spanning Learning & Talent development, Diversity & Inclusion, Executive Coaching and Business HR roles for over 17yrs. She has worked in organizations such as SAP Labs, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro and Freshworks. In her current role at Mindtickle, she is setting up the Global Talent Management function.

As a psychologist, counselor and coach, her heart is in facilitating meaningful dialogues, sparking new perspectives, enabling lasting behavioral change and building leadership competencies. She is a passionate champion for DEI and has been working towards creating gender balanced organizations, driving LGBTQIA inclusion and building an empathetic organization culture that nurtures mental health & wellness.

Outside of her corporate life she is a photojournalist who documents contemporary human rights issues in India, advocating to organizations and individuals for change.
