Smriti partners closely with India and Global Leadership teams at Pega to translate business objectives and priorities into HR strategy. She is also the Global Co-Chair for Women at Pega Employee Resource Group (ERG)

She brings 20+ years of leadership experience, spanning USA & India, across multiple disciplines in Human Resources including Business Advisory, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Learning & Development, for start-ups as well as large technology companies like Microsoft and Deloitte. She is passionate about building hybrid, diverse & inclusive work culture, driving people strategy to meet business agility & outcome and use of technology to drive people practices. 

Before joining Pega, she was Vice President, Human Resources at Deloitte where she led talent strategy for global businesses across India, Australia, North-South Europe & Canada. Prior to Deloitte, she was with Microsoft where among many things, she was instrumental in setting up a global delivery center in Chongqing, China. 

Smriti has a degree in Applied Psychology from Delhi University and a Global Executive MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB) with international immersion in CEIBS China and at Wharton and Kellogg in US.
