Adhir Mane is the CHRO–Corporate at Raymond. He is heading the HR function for Realty and Denim business and providing strategic leadership for Talent Management, Compensation and benefits and HR technology across the Raymond group.  Earlier he worked as CHRO-Lifestyle (Raymond). This role involved providing HR leadership to the business from a strategic standpoint.

His professional HR expertise spans over 30 years, during which he has provided breakthrough strategies across various industries and functions, developed several solutions to manage People processes, built a convergence between business & people keeping technology at the forefront.

Adhir has a proven ability to co-create a well aligned vision, mission, and strategy for the business with core cultural elements that translate the business strategy into people behaviors and thereby building a winning culture.  He has managed diverse cross-functional/ multi-cultural teams across various geographies including MENA and European region.

His previous stints include working with Reliance as Sr. Vice President HR in the Hydrocarbon business. Group Head HR for Landmark Group based in Dubai. Adhir has held many senior strategic HR positions in large Indian Companies like CISCO Systems, Warner-Lambert (now Pfizer), BASF, M&M, and Piramal Healthcare.

Adhir is a certified business coach with the Marshal Goldsmith Stakeholder coaching system and International Coaching Federation (ICF). He holds a GPHR certification and is an HR Analytics Professional from Aon Hewitt. Additionally, is certified by the British Psychological Society for Personality and Ability Testing. He also completed his Strategic Management Program from IIM–Kolkata.
