Ankur has over 26 years of experience, with over 24 years in Consulting. Ankur leads HR Strategy for Jio, and focuses on the organisation design, workforce planning and culture.

In his previous roles, Ankur has led consulting practices for Organisation Transformation and Workforce Transformation. He has served global organisations in the areas of organisation strategies, talent strategies, leadership development, learning and performance, digital HR and technology adoption.

Ankur has undertaken transformation projects in the Telecom, Hi-Tech and Consumer Product industries, while serving global organisations in the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, South Africa, Australia, China and France.
