With diverse experience across BFSI, IT, FMCD + Manufacturing, Telecom, Consulting, Hydrocarbons & Renewable Energy, I have donned various hats of being a Strategist, OD Architect, Digitization Expert, Employee Experience Designer, Employee Engagement lead, Talent Architect etc.
Currently associated with Waaree Group as a Chief People and Strategy Officer, my role encompasses providing strategic direction across People, Culture, OD, Digitalization and Strategy Integration for multiple group entities. Start-Up Incubation, driving group-wide strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, driving integration among various functions/businesses for backward integration, and implementing a robust governance ecosystem are key tenets of my role.
