Anurag Seth is Vice President and Head of Talent Transformation and responsible for all the technology programs across Wipro globally. In today’s digital era and changing technology landscape, he is responsible for re-skilling the workforce on emerging digital skills. He also drives crowdsourcing at Wipro through TopGear, a platform to enable hands-on experience through learning assignments, case studies and live customer projects. Anurag has played various leadership roles at Wipro in Delivery and Business for over 30 years . In one of his previous roles, he was the champion of the Innovation initiative that won the Chairman’s award for Best Innovation.
