Ashish has 19 plus years of experience in managing and leading recruitment in large organizations as well as in the complex start-ups. He has setup the entire recruitment function for India and globally across APAC & Japan, EU and US and ensured global standardization and adoption of the processes. Ashish has grown into a recruitment leader and in this journey he has held various positions while working with organizations like EXL, Keane Inc, Bank Of America, Honeywell. He is currently heading the Recruitment Function for Cvent for India, APAC, AU and MEA region. He is a Computer Engineer by qualification and has done certifications in Software Development from NIIT
