As HR Professional, Kena has over 16 years of experience during which she has dealt with all key employee related portfolios in NTPC, India's leading power giant, in areas of staffing, employee benefits, PMS, IE and IR. She has implemented large-scale HR initiatives like researches, OD & strategic management. Currently, she is a Lead at L&D in NTPC.
