Sanjeev Sahgal joined World Bank Group (WBG) to set up its first HR Shared Services capability before taking on his current role as the Head of HR Strategy and Agile HR.

Sanjeev is a futurist and a strong advocate of bringing innovation in HR through Technology and Agile ways of working. He has worked in world’s leading organizations like Target, Lehman Brothers, GE, Genpact and Motorola before joining World Bank, and his diverse experience pans across Human Resources, Operations, Sales and Six Sigma.
