Senthil Nayagam is Senior Vice President at Hexaware Technologies handling Global Revenue Assurance and also the Chief Learning Officer. In his current role, he leads the corporate functions for Revenue Assurance covering Recruitment & Resource Management, Learning & Development and Sales Excellence.

Senthil has been with Hexaware for over 15 years handling many key leadership roles such as Global Head of Manufacturing & Consumer Vertical, Key accounts delivery for North America and the ERP Practice. He has about 30 years of experience in the IT industry with earlier stints in GE and Sierra Atlantic. He holds a commerce degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi and is a Chartered Accountant. Senthil is based out of Chennai, India.
