Sriram Iyer is a seasoned specialist in Human Resources Management. He uniquely combines his deep understanding of HR with a profound knowledge of Business and technology.

As the Director and Business Head of TeamLease Digital Global, Sriram is responsible for driving TeamLease Digital's international business growth.

With over 25 years of practitioner and teaching experience, Sriram has demonstrated his proficiency by spearheading intricate cross-border talent initiatives for large corporations such as Cognizant and Singtel Group that span various geographies, business units, and technology segments.

In 2018, he founded hrtech, a Singapore-headquartered HR Technology Analyst Firm. In Feb 2025, hrtech was acquired TeamLease Digital. 

He is a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, Senior Professional (SP) accredited by the Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation from SHRM and an Executive MBA from NUS Business School(Class Ambassador).

In recognition of this passionate advocacy, for two consecutive years (2023 & 2024), Sriram Iyer has been featured in the prestigious The Economic Times’ ETHRWorld Southeast Asia’s “The HR Influencers List”.

He is a Senior Lecturer (Adjunct) at NUS Business School. His other adjunct faculty roles include Korn Ferry Academy in Singapore, XLRI in India, and SP Jain School of Global Management in Dubai.
