Subhro a Leader at Aditya Birla Group - he manages multiple roles as Chief Human Resource Officer Aditya Birla Capital, oversees HR for Aditya Birla Global Trading – International Trading Business of ABG, and also oversees Aditya Birla Group HR Shared Services ( SEAMEX).

Subhro in his earlier role was HR Head at Kotak Mahindra Bank and was instrumental in scale up of Kotak Mahindra Bank from early stages of the bank.

Subhro has over 30 years of experience in the domains of HR and IR with focus on HR tech, Change Management, developing Human Capital best practices, building enterprises with scale and quality.

Subhro holds dual Master's degree in Human Resource management & Change from XISS & INSEAD.
