Ms. Sukanya Patwardhan is a distinguished Human Resource and Learning & Development leader, recognized for her innovative approach, strategic execution, and ability to collaborate across cultures with global senior leadership teams.

Currently serving as Vice President - Learning & Organizational Development at Jade Global Software Ltd., a Silicon Valley-based IT services company, she continues to shape leadership and organizational excellence

With over 30 years of experience in top global corporations including SKF Bearings, Cummins Ltd., IBM, and the Tata Group - she has held key leadership roles driving business impact. A gold medalist in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, she also holds a Master's in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University, U.K., achieved with distinction and commendation at the highest level.

 Sukanya is a globally respected coach, having led executive development as a Practice Head at the Tata Global Leadership Development Centre and in her various leadership roles throughout her career journey. She has received numerous national and international accolades, including the Global Top Coach Award, Remarkable Working Women’s Award, and Global Leader Award in Diversity & Inclusion. She has been awarded prestigious fellowships and scholarships from the Department of Science & Technology, India, the Government of Japan, and Rotary International. A thought leader, she frequently speaks at international forums and has several publications to her credit. 

Passionate about coaching, she specializes in career, performance, and life coaching, offering her services globally beyond her current job, leveraging advanced certifications in neuroscience and neuroplasticity. She actively contributes to societal well-being and empowers individuals to achieve transformational growth.
