Sumit Sabharwal
Sumit Sabharwal represents Fujitsu as the VP, Head of HR Shared Services, Fujitsu International Regions. He is also supporting Fujitsu Research India as the HR Business Partner working closely with Fujitsu Global Executive leadership. In his current role, Sumit is responsible for delivering HR transformation for Fujitsu across 40+ countries, leading multi-disciplinary teams of over 50,000 employees. Sumit is a LinkedIn Top Voice - an invitation-only community featuring a global group of experts on LinkedIn. Sumit is also the winner of “BW Businessworld 40u40 – best HR leaders to watch out for.”

Under the aegis of Sumit, Fujitsu GDCs (India, Malaysia, Philippines, Costa Rica, China, Poland, Portugal) have seen a slew of progressive technology interventions to attract, retain, and engage better talent. As a people champion, he has been able to introduce dynamic programs for holistic employee wellbeing with the help of evolving technologies. For over 10 years, he has been instrumental in creating a sustainable and engaging work environment at Fujitsu. Prior to his tenure at Fujitsu, Sumit has worked with several leading technology brands including Huawei, Dell, and Convergys. Curiosity drives Sumit the most and has thus also set on course to imbibe learning culture at Fujitsu. He is a firm believer in continuous learning and has inducted himself with various educational programs. He has completed his MBA in HR and Marketing (the best of both worlds) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and his Bachelor of Information Systems (BIS) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
