A seasoned leader with proven success in business strategy, Swarna leverages her engineering background to create value through innovative solutions. She is a certified HR professional from National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) Hyderabad and is also an IIM - Indore graduate.

Currently, designated as Sr. Director-HR and Strategy at MOURI Tech, Swarna is responsible for overall HR & Strategy and ensuring that the “Better than the Best HR” strategies and policies are implemented and aligned across all the business units. She oversees the entire HRBP functions – Consulting, On-Boarding, Retention, Attrition Rates, Vendor & Performance Management, Audits, Compensation and Benefits, succession planning and leveraging workforce insights and analytics.

Swarna has been awarded Brand India WOMEN in Business Awarded – Brand India WOMEN in Business, GCPIT (UK) Limited GCPIT (UK) Limited -2021.

In her leadership role, she consistently spearheads both community and environmental development endeavours through her active participation in MOURI Tech Foundation’s CSR activities and fosters volunteerism among employees through the My Social Responsibility initiative (MySR).
