Ms Tania Chatterjee is a Human Resource professional with over 20 years of experience and carries a strong passion for helping organisations and communities thrive and flourish.
In her current role as the India Lead for D&I, Wellbeing and Culture with NatWest Group, she is responsible for the comprehensive strategy and implementation of employee propositions in these areas. Her astute business sense and emotional intelligence have enabled her to work effectively with senior stakeholders and teams in India, the US and the UK, largely for leading Corporates in the Financial Services and FMCG business sectors - Bank of America, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages and NatWest Group.
Through her career in the Corporate, Education and Social sectors, she has demonstrated effectiveness in driving organisational change through leadership roles in HR Business Partnering, Leadership Development, Organization Design, Learning & Development, Team Effectiveness and Talent Management.
The Times Ascent - World HRD Congress Awards for the ‘Top 100 Training & Development Leaders in India’ and the ‘Top 100 Training & Development Minds’ were presented to her in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
Prior to the commencement of her corporate career, she worked with an international NGO - ' Initiatives of Change (IofC)’, which is a UN-affiliated body committed to the cultural transformation of society through changes in human motives and behaviour. According to her, this experience largely shaped her professional ethics and career choices.
