She currently is associated with SHRM India and works in the capacity of Knowledge Advisor. She got her career start with Saville and Holdsworth Limited (SHL) as an Associate Consultant. She drove Key Account Operations by offering solutions to build change in people management processes by generating insights based on people data.

Her domain expertise lies in the areas of Talent Assessment, Competency Assessment and Development Centre, Succession Planning, HR Capability Building and Content Design. Her client portfolios include Public Sector, Pharmaceutical, Conglomerates, BFSI, IT, Energy, Automotive, Aviation, Retail, Telecommunications, FMCG and Education sectors.
