Tina is an accomplished HR Professional with over 20 years of HRD expertise. The industries she has contributed till date are Manufacturing, IT services, BPO 

Tina is currently Heading HR at Cybage Software Pvt ltd. wherein her focus areas are aligning HR strategies to Business Strategies. Designing /Streamlining HR processes. Developing and implement HR integration program. 

Tina has worked with Infosys Limited for over a decade in 2 stints across OD ,Business HR and Talent Acquisition roles. She has received accolades for DC levels initiatives .

Prior to Infosys Limited, Tina has added value to the HR function using her people management skills at, Mphasis, Infosys BPO etc. She was awarded for designing the competency framework at Mphasis 

She is an alumnus of SIMS (Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies) having completed her master’s in human resources. Certified by SHL for assessments, Behavioural Interviewing skills by DDI. 

ON CSR front she is part of Robin Hood army and spends her weekends teaching and elevating the kids from the low neighbourhood
