Tooba Modassir is an HR leader with over fifteen years of diverse experience across HR advisory, Functional Strategy, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Diversity and Inclusion and change management.

She currently leads Talent Management, Learning, Performance Management and Diversity & Inclusion for Citigroup South Asia which is over 25,000 employees strong.
Tooba is a leadership trainer and certified coach. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources and Finance and holds a Strategic Human Resources Advisory certification from Cornell, ILR.

Tooba is passionate about helping leaders harness the potential of their human capital, developing learning agility and creating diverse and inclusive workplaces. She pursues volunteering opportunities in animal welfare.
