Upasna has 22 years of rich HR experience across leading organizations like Fidelity, Sapient, and Evalueserve, where she has held a variety of leadership positions. She is currently the Head of HR in India for Fidelity International.

She has worked deeply on strengthening the linkage between business and HR strategy in ever-evolving multidimensional work ecosystems. At present, she has been focusing extensively on creating human-centric people strategies that align with - the future of work, generational shifts within society and workplaces, and evolving imperatives for leadership development. She is passionate about the topic of D&I and has worked widely on building cultures that not only value DEI but actively nurture it.

She is a certified coach from International Coach Federation.

She strongly believes in the value of continuous learning and working with diverse teams to evolve perspectives in the fast-changing volatile world.
