With over 25 years of experience, Vikas is a global HR professional and has worked in partnerships with CEOs and business leaders from over 20 different nationalities. Vikas is a versatile result driven leader with rich experience in both high growth and restructuring environments. He has led, developed, and managed complex Organizational Change programs. Vikas started as a door to door sales person selling mobile connections, fax machines and EPABX machines, it was only in the year 2005 that he moved into people practices. Over the years Vikas has worked on redefining EVP, worked on global Mergers and acquisitions, re-architected HR technologies, set up Enterprise Performance Management and Prescriptive Analytics capabilities, worked on Global Diversity and Inclusion, built Digital first culture, established ESG frameworks mapped to UN’s SDG goals, and much more.

Vikas has worked in Telecom, IT education, e-Commerce, Omni-channel Retail and now with a Biotechnology company. Having worked both with start ups and large conglomerates, Vikas has been engaged in Global HR transformation roles since 2013 supporting the digital transformation agenda for Landmark and Al Futtaim Group, both headquartered at Dubai, UAE and valued at over $10Bn, spread across 30 countries. He is now working with Biocon Biologics, Bangalore, heading Global HR Transformation and working on transforming HR to deliver forward-thinking capabilities that can help Biocon Biologics respond more timely and effectively to changes in the business environment, while expanding global footprints, and increasing revenue and margins.

Outside of work Vikas has been a National level Basketball player and loves to hit the gym regularly. Passionate about photography, both Vikas and his wife who is a Wing Commander in the Indian Air Force, love to travel and want to set up an exhibition of the pictures they have clicked during their travel adventures soon!
