Vivek Kulkarni joined Entertainment Network India Limited (ENIL) in 2014. In his current role as the Senior Vice President and Head Human Resources at Mirchi (ENIL), he has helped scale up the company from a 35 network station to a 70 network station across 60 locations. Vivek has also defined and executed new HR practices in the areas of Managerial & Sales compensation and significantly improved the employee experience through the use of technology in the areas of Learning & Employee Administration. He is also a core member of the cultural & business transformation journey that Mirchi has embarked upon, as it attempts to become a significant player in the area of Digital Content & Entertainment.

Vivek comes with more than 20 years of work experience in FMCG, BFSI & Media, and has had significant exposure to Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Sales Compensation & Transformation Projects in businesses at different stages of evolution & competitive intensity.

Having commenced his career as an Assistant HR Manager at ITC, Vivek went on to become Vice President- HR at Kotak Life Insurance. In 2012 he joined Pepsico India and was elevated to become their Vice President – Human Resources.

He has completed his Masters in HR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2000.
