As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Myntra, Govind is responsible for steering Myntra’s People Charter in alignment with the platform's business goals. He is passionate about driving focused, people-centric interventions that not only enhance organizational performance but also foster an empathy-driven culture. By championing the importance of empathy and equality in the workplace, he strives to create environments where individuals from diverse backgrounds can feel inclusive and thrive, ultimately contributing to the overarching success of the organization.

In his most recent stint as VP - HR for Flipkart, Govind led the business partnering for Flipkart's Tech and Product Organisation and People Product & Analytics team. He worked previously with the ekart business in leading with care the Supply chain HR function through the Covid crisis successfully and also led the Leadership Hiring team for Flipkart.

From his roles as an HR leader in India, Singapore (APAC region), and Dubai (Middle East region), Govind has consistently operated at a senior leadership level, serving as an influencer and a trusted advisor. Thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments, he is adept at navigating ambiguity and has spearheaded numerous transformation projects.
