Urvashi Singh is a senior HR leader in Genpact and holds multiple portfolios including Global Business HR Partnership for Managed Services and Functions, Total Rewards and setting up some critical functions for Genpact.

Urvashi has spent ~17+ years with Genpact and has deep expertise across Business HR and Corporate HR (Total Rewards & Executive Hiring). Urvashi has also been based out of China managing Executive Staffing for Genpact’s operations there.

Prior to Genpact, Urvashi was with ITC Limited and held a variety of HR roles.

Urvashi has a Bachelor’s Degree in History from St. Stephen’s College and a Diploma in Germanic and Roman Languages from Delhi University.

She has been a Director in Genpact India Private Limited since 1st October, 2016.
