Aakratee has over 15 years of experience across various facets of HR specifically in the domain of Talent Management & Organization Development, Change Management, Organization Design and senior HR business partnering across different sectors like FMCG, Telecom, Internet & Retail.
Aakratee is currently working as a Talent Consultant for The Coca Cola Company where she leads the Talent Strategy for 31 countries across Asia Pacific Region (India & Southwest Asia and ASEAN & Pacific Region)
In her current role, Aakratee works closely with business leaders and HR teams to strengthen the talent pipeline for future growth & develop talent across levels through various talent programs, products and strategies in the area of succession management, pipeline development, DEI, performance enablement, assessments, talent segmentation and strategic investment choices to advance talent within the Company.
Prior to Coca Cola, Aakratee has worked with fast paced strong consumer brands like Bharti Airtel & Jubilant Foodworks (Domino’s Pizza & Dunkin Donuts) where she has led several change & transformation initiatives in areas related to Talent & Succession, Capability Building, Leadership Development, Long Term Talent Pipeline Development and Digital Transformation.
At Jubilant Foodworks, Aakratee was heading Talent, Learning & OD for the organization and also the HR Business Partnering vertical for Corporate Functions, Emerging Businesses & International Markets. Prior to Jubilant Foodworks, Aakratee worked with Bharti Airtel Ltd for almost 9 years across different roles and geographies. A large part of her tenure with Bharti Airtel was spent as Subject Matter Expert in the domain of Talent Management & Development. She worked on driving several Talent initiatives across India, South Asia and Africa.
Aakratee has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University, India and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from Management Development Institute, India. She is also a certified Hogan Assessor.
