She has excelled at delivery management by creating value to the customers through innovative solutions and consistent delivery quality. She has the experience in defining, setting up and managing the end-end business and delivery operations.

Some of her key achievements include scaling delivery structure , operation management, talent acquisition and building new technology capabilities and practices for growing global business in a short span. Flair for numbers comes naturally and have well-rounded experience in financial operations. She has participated as a speaker on multiple platforms like the Indian Business Women Conference, People matters Conference, ANZ unconference, ETHRWorld conference, educational institutions etc and was also part of the organizing committee of ASSOCHAM women conference along with panel discussion.
