In his current capacity Sabih leads Talent Management, OD & Learning for Schneider Electric – Greater India.

Guiding organizations in emerging market through significant growth and transformation for Business turnaround from an HR perspective has been Sabih’ specialty. He has been very actively leading and influencing the Organizations he has worked for driving this convergence and creating the desired Culture. Takes lot of pride for aligning organizations with business strategy and driving synergy to achieve business results. Has been recognized for leadership transformation and coaching young leaders both within his own Organization and outside.

He has been a speaker at various management and academic forums and enjoys sharing knowledge. Fond of sports, he is an amateur runner and cyclist. He maintains consistency in his intellectual levels by reading. He also enjoys poetry and is versed well enough to recite poems by many Urdu poets.

Sabih also supports children education through a family trust that runs school for poor children and have more than 450 students.
