Allwyn serves as the AVP and Head of Learning & Development (L&D) and Future of Work at Tata Communications. Prior to this, he held the role of Global Head of HR at Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS), where he led the development and implementation of a business-focused HR strategy aimed at building a best-in-class organization.

As a key member of the HR leadership team, Allwyn supports business leaders in making key talent decisions and provides strategic guidance on leadership development through expert advice and consulting. Recognized as one of the most iconic leaders in learning and development, he has made significant contributions to the field.

He carries a rich experience of over 2 decades working across the value chain in Telecom and Managed Services. He is also a Tata Communications veteran and has been with the company for nearly 18+ years. Allwyn was also part of the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement team earlier.  He has championed organizational development initiatives for Employee Value Proposition, Business Restructuring, Learning Academies & Skills transformation.
