Philippe Pelletier joined RNTBCI as Head of Human Resources in October 2022. Philippe Pelletier joined Renault Group in 2019 as VP Human Resources, Transformation and Organization.

Previously Philippe had held Global Senior HR Positions at General Electric between 2002 and 2017 across multiple Businesses and Regions. He started his career in 1987 with Schneider Electric in Human Resources. In 1994, he joined Mars in HR. He has worked and lived in France, UK, Czech Republic, Hungary and India.

Philippe graduated with a degree in Economics & Political Sciences from Institute d ’Etudes Politiques de Paris and a Degree in Law from Paris University.
